Prescription Notification Group LLC, offers a prescription notification and tracking system called Take Meds Now used to assist in the daily healthcare of US Citizens and design to prevent accidental deaths and trips to the ER. It also serves as a means for patients and physicians to track daily usage and the adherence to prescription based medical treatments. Consumer need only to verify via single swipe or click if the medication has been taken. Our unique close loop system provides a high secure (HIPAA) compliant service. The service allows Consumers, Family & Friends and Physicians the ability for the first time to monitor and track medications in real time. No more trying to remember if you took your medication, your dashboard provides you with all of your activity. You also can provide this data to your physician s0 they can get real time updates. You must be 18 years of have an admin identified that is 18 years or older to create and approve your profile data
Customers
Our initial customer based are US Consumers who take more than two medications a day. However, our market research shows that Concierge Physicians, Hospitals, Senior Centers, Insurance Companies, Family members and care givers are also very interested in the basic offering. The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine awarded us their PiNCH award for Medical Innovations in 2014. We were recognized for how our service can save thousands of lives and improve the quality of like and care through adherence. We are committed to securing our customers’ data and ensuring its’ confidentiality. In the event of a sale or merger resulting in a 3rd party acquiring Prescription Notification Group; all the aggregate data stored will be transferred to the new ownership.

The patient will be asked to fill out a profile sheet that will request when do you want to be notified; Time, Names of medication, dosage. The patient will have the option of adding people as admin or in a view only capacity. There is no charge to view in only but there is a limit of 5 family members per person. They are a minimal monthly admin fee and the patient can add up to 2 admin people. Patients for this service must be 18 years of age or older. Parents can sign-up children for this service but are responsible for ensuring that the child’s profile is correct and that administering of medicine has been performed properly either by an adult or under the supervision of an adult.
